How do I use the keyboard and mouse in the Time Tracking Module? PDF Print E-mail
Scan Your Employee ID - From the keyboard type in the Employee ID Number, for example: 12 for employee number 12, and press the enter key. Note: Employee numbers are assigned when adding an employee in the Employee Module.

The buttons Start Day, Start Operation, Start Overhead, Send/Receive, Ship, End Day, Cancel, Finish Opers, in the Please Select a Command window may be selected with a left mouse click. The Start Operation,Send/Receive, and Ship buttons in the Time Tracking Module require the user to input a job number in the Scan Job Number window. To enter a job number from the keyboard type in the Job Number, for example 543, and press the enter key. Note: Job numbers are assigned when adding jobs in the Job Module or creating jobs from estimates in the Estimate Module.

Buttons in the Time Tracking Module are selectable with a left mouse click. Selections such as an operation are made using a left mouse click to highlight the appropriate operation and then clicking on the appropriate button. In the case of job operations, the user would select the Start Operation button. The mouse may be used to navigate scroll bars or the keyboard up and down arrows alternatively may be used to navigate through a list, such as a list of operations for a particular job.
