What data is exchanged between Kform Project Manager and QuickBooks? |

The integration provides a quick and easy solution to directly transfer data between Kform Project Manager and QuickBooks. In order to allow the transfer of data between programs, both programs QuickBooks and Kform Project Manager must be opened. QuickBooks can be minimized on the task bar without affecting the use of the integrated features. The following modules are features of the Kform Project Manager / QuickBooks integration: • Export / Import QuickBooks Data Tables • Invoice Module • Accounts Payable Module Export / Import QuickBooks Data Table The Import / Export QuickBooks Data tables provide a direct two-way exchange to synchronize employee, customer, vendor, and terms information between Kform Project Manager and QuickBooks. The use of the Import / Export QuickBooks Data feature eliminates the effort of entering the same data in two different programs and creates the basis for the transfer of Kform job information to the QuickBooks Invoice Module and Kform purchase order items to the QuickBooks Enter Bills Module. There are four selections available on the Import / Export QuickBooks Data fly-out menu. • Employees • Customers • Vendors • Terms Invoice Module The Invoice Module provides a direct transfer of Kform job and customer information to the QuickBooks Customers – Invoice Module. The use of the Invoice Module eliminates the effort of entering the same data in two different programs and creates an information link of invoice activity through the Kform Invoice History feature. The Invoice Module can be accessed from the Job Module using the Invoice button or by selecting Invoice from the Modules Menu. Accounts Payable Module The Accounts Payable Module provides a direct transfer of Kform purchase order and vendor information to the QuickBooks Vendors – Enter Bills Module. The use of the Accounts Payable Module eliminates the effort of entering the same data in two different programs and creates an information link of payables activity through the Kform Payables History feature. The Accounts Module can be accessed from the Purchase Order Module using the Accounts Payable button or by selecting Accounts Payable from the Modules Menu.
