Employee Module Required Fields

 To create an employee record, the user is required only to enter an employee first and last name in the First and Last Name fields and assign the employee to a Work Shift.  Employee Numbers are automatically assigned by the program to the ID field when clicking the Save button after adding a new employee. Using the next available number, Employee Numbers are assigned in sequential order.   In order to utilize the Time Tracking Module, the following fields need to be configured on the Employee Status / Salary Tab: Position, Status, Allowed Multiple Jobs, and Allowed Locate.
