Spare Parts Module Required Fields

The program allows users to manually add spare parts records in order to catalog preexisting Spare Parts.  Manually added spare parts records do not require a corresponding job record to exist in the Job Module.  Preexisting spare parts may not have the same amount of detailed information available as a record recorded by the Time Tracking Module
