Auto-K Module

AutoK is a stand-alone utility program provided with Kform Project Manager to automate the Sign Out All and Suspend All features.  Auto Suspend Times and Auto Sign-Out appointments used by AutoK are scheduled in the AutoK Timer of the Shift Table.  Auto Suspend Times stop the accrual of time on all active job and overhead operations for activities such as breaks or paid lunches.  Auto Sign-Out Times suspends the accrual of time on all active job and overhead operations and signs out all signed in employees for activities such unpaid lunches and end of work day.  Up to five suspend appointments and five sign-out appointments may be schedule per day for each shift.  Suspend and sign out appoints may be scheduled in combination as needed.  Kform Project Manager Server installation automatically configures AutoK to run in the Start Up when the server is turned on.
