Schedule Module

Essentially an interactive Gantt chart, flexibility allows project planning to the minute or not used at all.  The Schedule Module provides a comprehensive visual method of scheduling jobs at the operation level. 

From the Schedule Module users may:

• Add visual bar graph appointments for job operations by individual jobs or for job operations by purchase order.
  View schedules by hours, days, and weeks as well as at 200 %, 100 %, 50 %, and 33 % zoom.
  Schedule operations to size or use the New vs Load feature to draw schedules according to estimated hours.
  View the new scheduled appointments against existing scheduled appoints for the department using the Edit vs Load feature
  View the schedules of all active jobs using the Schedule Viewer.
  View and print schedule reports
